Hardika has been a Thai massage practitioner and teacher since 2002, and has been doing this full time for 15 years. She trained in Chaing Mai, Northern Thailand.
Traditionally Thai massage is practised fully clothed on a mat on the floor.
A full treatment can be up to 3 hours, working on the feet, legs, back , shoulders, neck, hands, face and head, by pressing on energy lines and stretching the body in yoga like positions.
The treatment is sometimes also known as Lazy Yoga. It can be carried out in supine, prone, sitting and side positions.
