The new book 'The Heartfulness Way' chronicles the profound and illuminating conversations, over a two-year period,
of a student and his spiritual teacher, Kamlesh D. Patel – widely known as Daaji – the fourth global guide of the Heartfulness spiritual lineage.
Heartfulness is an ideal, a spiritual way of living by and from the heart that is inclusive of all ideologies, beliefs, and religions. It offers a unique method of
meditation with the power to facilitate an immediate, tangible spiritual experience, irrespective of your faith.
The Heartfulness Way provides a pragmatic course to experience refined states of consciousness – enlightenment – and connection to a higher self – nirvana.
Heartfulness meditation consists of four elements – relaxation, meditation, rejuvenation, and connection - illuminating the ancient, defining feature of yogic
transmission, the utilisation of divine energy for spiritual growth and transformation.
Using the methods, detailed practices, tips and practical philosophy offered in the book, the reader will
reach new levels of attainment and learn to live a life more deeply connected to the value of the Heartfulness way – with
acceptance, humility, compassion, empathy, and love.
